Who can start treatment?

Age: 18 or older

BMI:

  • 30 or higher, or

  • 27 or higher with a related condition (e.g. high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, PCOS)

Not pregnant or breastfeeding

No history of eating disorders or unmanaged mental health conditions

Willing to engage in regular reviews and lifestyle support
